QIP (http://qip.ru/) is a popular Russian ICQ/Jabber client.  Both QIP 2005 and QIP Infium store logs, but in different methods.  QIP Infium stores logs in an encrypted QHF file that needs to be converted to the QIP 2005 using the QIP History tool (http://www.logconverter.com/qiphistoryconversion.rar).  Once you have converted your logs, the Chat Log Converter+ is ready to convert them to whatever client you want to use!

If you want to go to QIP, just select the "To" client as QIP and click!  QIP Infium will import these QIP 2005 formated logs.
